Question: Can we add other services besides home inspections?

Answer: Yes, as many as you want. You can also have dynamic pricing for each service.

Question: Once the pricing is set, can I make the changes myself?
Answer: Yes, just go into the service item that needs to be changed, click on fee calculations and adjust the price accordingly.

Question: Can you have more than one Service Professional / Team Member?
Answer: Yes, there is no limit to the number of service professionals or team members.

Question: Does the calendar view interface with outlook or other e-mail programs?
Answer: Yes, all confirmation e-mails include a (.ics) “Internet Calendaring Standard” attachment. Which can be marked as confirmed, declined, or tentative.

Question: Can you send invoices and receipts for the service appointment?
Answer: Yes, go into the service appointment, select contacts, hover over the send button at the far right of the contact, and select what you’d like to send: Confirmation, Quote, Invoice, or Receipt.

Question: Does the system integrate with quick books?
Answer: Yes, version 1.9 supports the quick books integration. This is a true API, not a upload task.
Does the client / customer see the service agreement prior to the appointment and can they execute it on-line?
Answer: Yes, the confirmation e-mails have an option to supply a link to “My

Question: Account”, “Service Agreement”, and “Make Payment”. All of which are secure, password protected connections.
If I have multiple services can I have multiple service agreements that are associated?
Answer: Yes, each service or services can have an Agreement dedicated to that service. The service that is selected is the service agreement that is sent.

Question: Is there a Marketing plan, or way to market to clients and customers?
Answer: Yes several ways: This is one of the strengths of the system. An automated 22 touch follow-up marketing campaign is included for every client. In addition, Consistent Contact Marketing E-mail system is available and included in the fee.

Question: How can I keep from getting double booked on my calendar?
Answer: Through the “Create Appointment” section, the system will NEVER allow a double booking or overlap of appointments. In addition, the system will even account for approximate drive times between appointments as long as addresses are included.

Question: Are clients able to see my calendar?
Answer: No, the system is designed to offer up available times and dates to be selected and not have the client manage your calendar for you.
Is there a way to run a report on high usage agents?
Answer: Yes, there is a complete reporting section that has numerous reports to assist in managing, and growing your business.

Question: Is there a way to use credit cards through The Schedule Center?
Answer: Yes, we have an agreement & competitive pricing through a large bank that fully automates the credit cards process in the systems. Clients and company staff included.

Question: Can the system support affiliates or vendors like Pest, or Septic?             
Answer: Yes for Both. Vendors are even sent a confirmation e-mail that they reply with a confirmation of their arrival time. Several affiliates like Security companies are already set up for users to take advantage of.
How is everything billed?
Answer: There is a onetime set-up and registration fee, and then everything is billed by booked service appointment per month.

Question: What is the standard set up time when becoming a new member?
Answer: It all depends on the level of the commitment and desire to automate their business. 4 to 8 hours is a good rule of thumb, providing the service agreement, pricing, services, and time on site are in soft copy.

Question: Does the system integrate with any other programs such as reporting software?
Answer: Yes, and The Schedule Center will continue to grow the integrations based on client and customer request. We have several Inspection reporting software integrations and a recall verification integration to name a few.

Question: Is the web site secure?
Answer: Absolutely! This is one of the fundamental requirements of the system. To protect your business!! Everything has a URL:HTTPS for security.              

Question: Can territories by service professional be set up?
Answer: Yep, territories by rep, and services by rep are possible in the system. For Instance, if only one guy is qualified to clean carpets in a specific zip code, city, or county then that is the only person that would be scheduled…automatically!

Question: Can there be a different fee or travel fee for non-local appointment?
Answer: Yes, along with the Zip Codes, fees can be increased for travel or higher end zip code groups.

Question: Does The Schedule Center promote The Schedule Center business or their customers business?
Answer: Everything in the system (All communications) is designed to promote your company business and the services you offer, with your logo and contact information.

Question: Is there a guarantee to grow my business?
Answer: Yes, there is a 13 step process that if followed is guaranteed to grow your business by 30% or your money back, plus $100.
