• The bulk of this release is the ability for a company to configure and update their settings. The new screens include Company Maintenance, Services (which includes the ability to create/update the fee calculations and appointment duration calculations for a service), Team Member Maintenance, and all of thier sub screens. Details can be found in the help documentation.
Ability to Mark a Service as Must Be Exclusive
• A service can now be marked as Must be Exclusive for services that can not be performed with the default service. The Can Be Exclusive option is still available for services that can be performed with or without the default service.
Create Date and Last Update Date are now displayed on the Appointment Details screen alongside the Create User and Last Update User.
Gas and Electrical Utility Status Fields Added
• Status fields for gas and electricity have been added to the property page to be able to track if the gas and electricity is on or off. These fields can be shown or hidden from the Property Layout Maintenance page.
Carport, Carriage House, and Detached Garage Outbuildings Added
• The outbuildings have been added and can be shown or hidden on the Company Maintenance Page. Fee calculations can also be applied to these outbuildings.
Number of Kitchens, Bedrooms, Baths, Sprinklers, Detached Garage, Chimneys have all been added as either new fields or as new fee calculation types.
Who is Attending and Access Provided By Fields Added
• The property page on the scheduler now includes a Who is Attending field and a Access Provided By field to be able to track who will be attending the inspection and who will be providing access to the inspection. These fields can be shown or hidden from the Property Layout Maintenance page.
Configuration of the Number of Days to Display in the "What date do you need your appointment completed by" field on the schedule page
• The number of days that is shown in this field can now be customized. The default number of days is 14.
Configuration of the Number of Buffer Days for Preparing the Report
• The Required By Buffer Days setting has been added to the Company Maintenance. Entering in a number of days other than zero will buffer the required by date that is selected on the scheduler page by the number of days entered. Use this option if you require a day or more to prepare the report. If you prepare and deliver the report on the same day as the inspection then leave the value as zero.
Credit Card On Site Payment Type
• The Credit Card On Site payment type has been added. This option can be displayed by clicking selecting it in the Payment Types section on the Company Maintenance page. Use this option when you have a mobile credit card swiper and can accept credit cards on site via the swiper.
The Service name has been added to the line items on the Fee Descriptions page.
The team member roles on the team member maintenance page have been reorganized to be grouped and to provide indicators on what individual roles are included in the aggregate roles.
Fixed an issue where an appointment would be scheduled before the start of business time if there was another appointment scheduled for the day that was before the start of business time.
Ability to not secure escrow payments with a credit card. This can be configured on the company maintenance screen in the Payment Settings section.
• Payment Tracking has been added to be able to track payments for services. The Appointment detail and update pages now have the ability to view and update payments that have been made to the service.
• Payment Reminders are also available by turning them on via the Company Maintenance screen in the Payment Settings section. Turning on Payment Reminders will display a list of unpaid services (both escrow and non-escrow) on the My Company page and will also send weekly emails to the company address with a list of services that have not received payment.
The escrow date is now captured on the escrow intake form.
Brinks emails are now automatically resent if the buyer's phone or address changes. Note that the Brinks emails are also resent if the appointment time/date changes, if the fee changes, or if the service professional changes.
Fixed an issue where the an appointment was not available on the calendar if the start time was the same as the end time.
Fixed an issue where an additional service could not be deleted in some cases.
Fixed an issue with the schedule sorting algorithm where fixed appointment times were not being displayed correctly if there was more than two fixed appointment times configured for a day. Some optimizations were also added to the algorithm to optimize the proximity scheduling.
Chim-Scan, Number of Rooms, Hallways, Stairways, and Linear Upholstery Feet have been added to the property page section and to the fee/duration calculations. These fields can be shown/hidden via the Property Layout Maintenance page.
Elevated has been added as a foundation type and as a new fee/duration calculation type.
Water Status has been added to track the utility status of water on the property.
Confirmation Emails can now be turned off.
A notification to the company that the Brinks email can not be sent will no longer be sent if the client is the seller.
The word County has been appended to the counties in the County drop down lists.
The line items on the fee description page can now be hidden. In addition, a fee disclaimer can be configured to be shown under the fee amount. These items are configurable on the Company Maintenance page.
The Create Schedule link has been renamed to Create Appointment.
Automated Credit Card Processing
Custom Confirmation Emails
Companies can now customize their confirmation emails, select one of the system provided confirmation emails, or select None to "turn off" confirmation emails for a particular participant type. Typical formatting such as font color, size, and bullets can be applied to the confirmation emails. There are over 100 merge fields including the ability to include additional services information in the confirmation email and a link to the person's My Account page where they can add additional services to the appointment.
My Account Page Can Add Additional Services
Clients can now add additional services via their My Account page. Sales can be driven from the confirmation emails by including additional service information and a link to the My Account page.
There is now an appointment search screen to search by name, date, and address.
Custom Service Tasks
Tasks, or "To Do's" can now be added to services to be able to track follow up items such as "Get Buyer's Agent Information". The tasks for an individual service can be viewed and maintained from the edit appointment page. Outstanding tasks for all services can be viewed on the My Company page. The task list on the My Company page is sortable.
Automated Task Creation When Credit Card Screen Is Skipped
The system will automatically create a task to get the credit card information when the payment type is credit card and the person that created the appointment has skipped the credit card payment screen. When the credit card information is submitted either by the client's My Account page or via the backend Company Credit Card Maintenance page then the task will automatically be deleted.
Automated Task Creation To Send Confirmation Emails When "Send Confirmation Emails" is Turned Off but "Automatically Create Send Confirmation Email Tasks" is Turned On
It is possible to have the system not automatically send confirmation emails by unchecking the Send Confirmation Emails checkbox on the Company Maintenance screen. This version has added the capability to have the system automatically create "Send Confirmation Email" tasks when an appointment has been created or changed so the company staff will have a tracking mechanism for manually sending the confirmation emails (via the view/edit appointment page).
Sales Code Added to Company Registration
A sales code field has been added to the company registration page for tracking sales.
Bank Repo, Foreclosure, Wet Bar Property Fields and Calculation Entities Added
There are now fields for Bank Repo, Foreclosure, and Number of Wet Bars available on the property information page. These fields can also be applied to fee calculations and appointment duration calculations.
Update/Reminder/Cancellation Message Now Injected into Confirmation Emails
A short message is now injected at the top of confirmation and reminder emails to indicate why the email is being sent so that the receiver doesn't think they are getting a duplicate email from the first email.
Service Professional Selection Drop Down Can Now Be Hidden On the Create Appointment Page
The service professional drop down can now be hidden on the first page of the create appointment page by unchecking the "Show Service Professional Selection on Scheduler Page" checkbox on the Company Maintenance page.
Agent Info Page and New User Registration Type Selection Page Can Now Be Hidden
Companies that only have clients and don't have other appointment participants such as agents can now not show the agent information screen on the scheduler pages. The user selection type page will also not be shown during the user registration process. Uncheck the Show Agent Information Screens on the Company Maintenance pages to hide these screens.
Negative Amounts Now Allowed for Fee Calculations
A negative amount can now be entered into a fee calculation to have a particular fee calculation decrease the overall appointment amount.
Override Appointment Duration When Creating Manual Appointment or Editing an Existing Appointment
The appointment duration can now be overridden when creating a manual appointment or when editing an existing appointment. There is now a checkbox to override the appointment duration similar to how there is a checkbox to override the fee calculations.
Fixes / Small Enhancements
• A better error message is now displayed when some of the address information is missing for an agent.
• Fixed the issue with the My Company menu being shifted off to the left on the Appointment Calendar page.

New Declined and Deleted Status for Companies and a UI to Set the Status
The admin page now has the ability to set the status of a company to Declined, Deleted, Suspended, or Cancelled. Declined is for companies that registered but have since declined. Deleted are for test/demo companies that need to be deleted. Suspended is for companies that are late on their payment. Cancelled is for companies that were live but have cancelled.
Requested Inspector Tracking
Multi-Inspector firms now have the ability to track requested inspectors. A report is also available to review requested inspectors for a date range.
Owner and Tenant Added as Client Types
Owner and Tenant have been added as client types. New default inspector confirmation emails have also been added for Owner and Tenant.
Ability to Configure if Professionals Get Confirmation Emails
A new checkbox has been added to the Company Maintenance page to toggle whether or not professionals get confirmation emails. Now a company has the ability to separately configure whether clients/agents receive confirmation emails and whether professionals receive confirmation emails.
Ability to Delete System Tasks
System tasks can now be deleted. System generated tasks at this time include Send Confirmation Email tasks and Collect Credit Card Payment Information tasks.
Tax Multiplier Available
A company can now enter a tax multiplier if they charge a sales tax for their services.
Lead Time Days for Appointments
A company can now configure a lead time for scheduling appointments.
List Price, Appraised Price, and Sale Price Now Available as Property and Calculation Fields
List Price, Appraised Price, and Sale price can now be added to the property page and can also have calculations assigned to them.
Address Is No Longer Required for the Client
Only the name and a phone number are required for a client now.
Service Notes Added to Search Fields
The notes field can now be searched for on the appointment search page.
Fixes / Enhancements
• The system was not sending Brinks emails if a company had confirmation emails turned off. The system will now always send Brinks emails if Brinks Integration is turned on.
• There was a potential for a double booking when two people were scheduling an appt for that same time AT the same time. This has been fixed.
• There was a potential for double booking when an appointment started exactly at the professional's start of business time and lasted past the close of business time. This has been fixed.
• Fixed an issue where the update message was being inserted into the confirmation email text when sending a confirmation email to a person for the first time. The system now tracks confirmation emails on a person-by-person basis and will only insert the update message if an email has previously been sent to that person for the service.
• "Send Confirmation Email" tasks are no longer created for personal appointments.

Review Appointment Tasks
The system can now generate "Review Appointment" tasks when an appointment is created by a non-company user. This is accomplished on the Company Maintenance page. It is also possible to configure the system to create a Review Appointment task when a team member creates an appointment. This is accomplished on the Team Member Maintenance page which means that each team member can be configured separately.
Realtor Data Is Not Private To Company
Realtor data used to be global to all companies. The data is now private to each company so that each company can only see their own data.
Service Notes Field Size Doubled
The service notes field (Additional Information Field) has been increased from 1024 characters to 2048 characters.
Appointment ID Added to Screens and Available for Confirmation Emails
The appointment ID is now displayed on appointment screens (view/add/update) and is also available for confirmation emails. The appointment is also displayed on the calendar page.

The following are for the 126.96.36.199 release:
ADDED: Four Plex, Tri Plex, Log Cabin, Apartment property types.
ADDED: Auto populate for zip code. On the appointment pages and on the payment maintenance the state, city, and county will be auto populated when the zip code is entered. NOTE: You can jump directly to the zip code field by pressing ALT+Z and in the case where you are on an appointment page you can press ALT+N to jump to the first name field for the next person when you are done entering in the zip code.
ADDED: Parking fee calculation entity. This calculation entity will ALWAYS evaluate to true which means that the parking fee will always be applied. Therefore, the parking fee should generally be used in conjunction with zip code filters so that the parking fee is only applied for those parts of the city where parking fees are typically assessed. The parking calculation entity can be used for appointment durations also for locations where it may be difficult to find parking.
CHANGED: Phone fields for agents and clients are now a single text box with a mask for the input. This allows for easier tabbing through the fields and also for a more compact look and feel of the contact information.
CHANGED: The default services is now displayed in the services list on the inspector job sheet.
CHANGED: Max value for the min field on fee calc page has been increased to 999,999,999.
CHANGED: The add appointment page now defaults to a service appointment rather than a personal appointment.
CHANGED: The override fee checkbox is no longer checked by default on the add service appointment page.
CHANGED: The appointment pages no longer refresh to show the driving directions when the year built is within two years of today's date. The driving directions are still shown but the page doesn't refresh to show the input box.
FIXED: Person's second email is now displayed on inspector job sheet.
FIXED: Intermittent issue where errors where occuring for slower connections and controls may have been clicked on the page that caused a postback before the page finished loading.
FIXED: The inspector job sheet is now configured to only take up 95% of the page width to try to alleviate an issue some customers were having where some of the job sheet was printing off the page.
FIXED: Disconnected our current list of counties and plumbed in our new list of counties that is with our zip code data and should be complete for all 50 states whereas the old county data had some holes in it. NOTE: Please check your service areas on the company maintenance page to verify that all of the counties transferred over correctly. If a county was spelled differently in the old data than the new data it may not have carried over.
FIXED: Intermittent login issues as well as other intermittent errors that were occurring for some users.
FIXED: Reminders are no longer sent when the appointment creation date is within the reminder time span. For example, if the appointment is created on 3/23/2007 at 3:00PM and the appointment is for 3/24/2007 at 4:00PM the reminder email will not be sent because the time span between creation date and appointment date is less than 36 hours. The system used to send a reminder email in this case.
FIXED: Add appointment page was allowing an appointment to be saved when a service professional was not selected which was causing an error. The page now validates that a service professional is selected before saving the appointment.
ADDED: Ability to upload credit card key file from company maintenance screen.
ADDED: Custom service agreements. Includes the ability to have different service agreements based on additional service type. The system will dynamically display the correct service agreement(s) based on what additional services were selected.
ADDED: Integration Software Development Kit. Currently in Alpha release for this release.
ADDED: "If you are new to our scheduler" message on login page.
ADDED: "Welcome back" message on login page if user is coming from confirmation email link and has logged in before.
ADDED: "Remember Me" checkbox on login to remember a user when they come back to the site.
CHANGED: Increased the size of the file name box for report uploads.
FIXED: Issue when sending a report to a recipient that doesn't have an email address. An audit log was being written that the report was being sent even though it wasn't because they didn't have an email address. An audit log is still written, but the notes now indicate that the report was not sent becuase the person had no email addresses.
FIXED: Issue where reports were not being uploaded properly and were then causing errors when sending the report.
FIXED: Performance issues with the Create Schedule page between the property intake page and the appointment list page.
FIXED: Issue when sending "report delivery not deliverable" emails when a service is not paid or the contract has not been executed.
ADDED: Ability to enroll companies in the Mike Crow Millionaire Inspector Community partner program. Only system administrators can enroll a company.
ADDED: Ability to apply property type filters and service type filters to consistent contact and follow up marketing campaigns.
ADDED: Consistent Contact marketing campaign with the following filters:
• All clients
• All buyer clients
• All seller clients
• All tenant clients
• All owner clients
• All agents
• All buyer agents
• All seller agents for seller clients
• All seller agents for buyer clients
• All agents representing a buyer in the last N months

ADDED: Birthday Card marketing campaign. Sends a birthday card to a contact.
ADDED: Birthday Reminder marketing campaign. Sends a birthday list to the company so a company staff member can contact the person to with them a happy birthday.
ADDED: Ability for a contact to unsubscribe from marketing campaigns.
ADDED: Birthday field to contact fields.
ADDED: Ability to upload pictures to all marketing campaigns, service agreements, confirmation emails, and report delivery emails.
ADDED: Service professional territories. Includes the ability to specify what days the territories are applicable.
ADDED: Ability to specify that a service professional is not available to be scheduled by the public. If not available to be scheduled by the public, then only company users can schedule the person. This setting is on the team member maintenance screen.
FIXED: Issue with deleting a custom service agreement.
